Big Al's Kids Club exists to provide opportunities for your child to engage with Alabama Athletics in a meaningful and fun way. Through the Big Al's Kids Club app, children will receive points for attending athletic events that they can redeem for exclusive prizes only available to Big Al's Kids Club members. Children will be encouraged to attend at least one soccer and volley match, a men's and women's basketball game, a softball and baseball game, along with a gymnastic meet to complete their punch card within the app and earn an exclusive prize from Big Al not available in the prize store.

A Big Al's Kids Club membership will last until June 30 and can immediately be renewed on July 1. (July 1-June 30 of every academic year).
- How do I join Big Al's Kids Club?

Children must attend at least one of the home Alabama Athletics events below to join Big Al's Kids Club. Once inside the venue, head to the Big Al's Kids Club table on the concourse with a smart device to scan the registration QR code. Download the app and follow the prompts for registration for your child to receive their official Big Al's Kids Club T-shirt.

The Big Al's Kids Club table will be on the concourse of each of the following home athletic events:

- I have more than one child that wants to be a Big Al's Kids Club member. How do I register both?

Once you register your account, click on the "Kids" page. There, you will be able to add the name of your child and pick out their Big Al avatar to represent their account. Once you have set up each child within the "Kids" page, you will be able to toggle between each child to earn attendance points and enter books into Big Al's library.
- I do not have a smart device but still want to join Big Al's Kids Club. How can I join without downloading the app?

Head over to the Big Al's Kids Club table on the concourse of our select home athletic events and interested parties can register with Big Al's personal assistant.
Earning Points
- How do I get points for attending a game?
-
Upon entering a home athletic event, you must make sure that your Wi-Fi/data and Bluetooth is turned on and have your location settings set to "Always". Open the Big Al's Kids Club app on your phone and your points should appear in your account on the points page shortly after entering the event.
If you have more than one child on the same app, you must open your app and toggle to each child when inside the venue. Before toggling to the next child, make sure they received their points by checking their point total on the points page.
If the points are not appearing in your account, you can check in at Big Al's Kids Club table on the concourse and Big Al's personal assistant will enter your points manually.
- How do I earn points in Big Al's library?

Once a member reads a book, click on Big Al's library within the app. Enter the ISBN number of the book and click "Enter." The points earned from each book* will show up in the overall point total on the points page. Every book may not register in Big Al's library as he cannot read every book out there. However, if your book is not available in Big Al's library, have no fear - Big Al is proud of your love for reading!
- I do not have the app on my phone. Can I still earn points?

Yes! Check in with Big Al's personal assistant at the Big Al's Kids Club table on the concourse of select home athletic events and your points will be added to your account.
To receive points for reading books in Big Al's library, log in to your account at bigalskidsclub.com and enter the ISBN number of the book you have read. Members will receive one point for every book read, up to five books, in a week.
- How many points does my child receive for attending a game?

- For every athletics event attended, members receive 10 points
- For every special event attended, members receive 5 points
- For every book that is read and entered, members receive 1 point
- For every completed punch card, members receive exclusive prize pack not available in the prize store
- Can I earn points if I refer a friend to join Big Al's Kids Club?

As of right now, you cannot earn points for referring your friend to join Big Al's Kids Club. But, don't let that stop you - Big Al's Kids Club is more fun with a friend.
Prize Redemption
- How do I redeem a prize from the prize store?

Once a member has earned enough points to redeem a prize at the prize store, they can simply look through the prizes and choose which one they would like/can afford. Upon selecting the prize, members can click "Add to Cart" and either keep shopping or check out.
After checking out, members will receive an automated email confirmation with detailed instructions on how to pick up the selected prize.
Ticketing
- What if I cannot get tickets to attend the games? Do I still get a ticket because I am a member?

Unfortunately, tickets are not guaranteed and only available until sold out. We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance of gameday.
- Do I get priority access to tickets if I am a member?

No, tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. However, you will receive discounted tickets to select events.
- Do I get a discount on tickets if I am a Big Al's Kids Club Member?

Yes! All Big Al's Kids Club Members will receive a discount on tickets. Please see below for the breakdown of each sport's pricing.

Once you have downloaded your Big Al's Kids Club app, you will be able to access your ticket discounts through the Offers page on your account within the app or the desktop. Simply click on the discount you would like to use and it will take you to the landing page to purchase tickets at the discounted price.
- Why is my discount not working?

- Will my children ever be away from me for any reason upon joining Big Al's Kids Club? If so, who oversees taking care of them?

No, your child will never be pulled away from you or asked to be apart from their parent at any time. Every child must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Can I drop my child off at a Big Al's Kids Club event and pick them up when it is over?

Every child at a home athletic event must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian. You may not drop your child off at a Big Al's Kids Club event and pick them up when the event is over.
- My child just turned 13. Can they still be a part of Big Al's Kids Club?

Once a child turns 13, they will no longer be a member of Big Al's Kids Club.
- My child cannot come to many events because we live far away. Should I still sign them up?

Yes! Parents should absolutely sign their child up even if the family lives far away. Members will receive the most up-to-date information on all things Alabama Athletics on their Big Al's Kids Club app. Members will also receive the E-Newsletter from Big Al himself.
